Refund policy
All Returns are store credit or exchange only .Our return policy is valid up to 14 days. The policy begins on the date package was delivered. If 14 days have gone by since the date of delivery stated in the tracking information, unfortunately we cant offer you store credit and reserve the right to refuse your return . We will analyze each return on an individual basis. You may be responsible for shipping or a restocking fee*
ELIGIBLE for return:
Your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Items will only be considered for returns if they have the original tags intact. Items cannot have been washed. Size cannot been altered ex; shrunk or stretched out. In short, item must be eligible for resale.
To Complete Exchange:
Exchange items must include original invoice or a note including the following
-Full name used to place order
-Order Number
-List of items being returned
-Reason for the return '
Other Important Information:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received your return item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return within 1-5 business days.
