Please allow 1-3 business days to process your order for shipping. Shipping is standard 5-7 business days. We do not ship weekends or holidays.

All packages come with tracking information
Once the package has been shipped,
responsibility of that package transfer from us to USPS and yourself. Once its been delivered all lost or damage items will need to be addressed with USPS. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. Please contact your local post office if you have any issues.
Please verify that you are submitting the correct delivery address, we are not responsible if your package is delivered to the wrong address. If your package is return to us due to incorrect address and you would like it delivered again (to the correct address) you are responsible for payment of shipping as original payment was used the first time.
WE OBTAIN THE RIGHT TO CANCEL /NOT SHIP ORDERS IF WE NEED VERIFICATION OF THE NAME,VERIFICATION OF PERSON DUE TO THE AMOUNT OF THAT ORDER, THE VERIFICATION OF THE ADDRESS OR ANY ITEM ORDERED. We do this for security purposes for us and you the customer. We will send an email notification if any of the above is needing verification. Please respond within 1-3 business days. If there is no response the order will be canceled as it obstructs our shipping guidelines.
